Responsibilities

  • Maintains overall accuracy of Roster Data in the tool
  • Process request for activation and deactivation of access in the SRT tool
  • Process rolls in and rolls off requests of operations in the HB App
  • Sends reports related to head count
  • Conducts regular audit, validation and governance to ensure timely submission of requests by operations
  • Conduct calibration with PMO team
