Responsibilities

Maintains overall accuracy of Roster Data in the tool
Process request for activation and deactivation of access in the SRT tool
Process rolls in and rolls off requests of operations in the HB App
Sends reports related to head count
Conducts regular audit, validation and governance to ensure timely submission of requests by operations
Conduct calibration with PMO team
