Responsibilities

  • Mix cake donut mix and yeast mixes
  • Sheet the dough
  • Cut the dough
  • Proof the donuts
  • Fry the donuts
  • Finish the donuts
  • Distribute finished products
  • Follow safe, sanitary food handling policies to prevent contamination and food borne illnesses
  • Clean work areas
  • Wash all equipment
  • Take out trash
  • Perform other tasks according to production needs, including occasional work in other production areas
