Responsibilities

  • Architect solutions that achieve customer business outcomes within a specific technical domain or across the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, as-a-service offerings) in combination with third-party components
  • Develop and articulate compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals ensuring customer’s business and technical requirements are met
  • Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers through sales presentations, product/solution demonstrations, etc., to gain customer mindshare
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in solution domains, company products, services, solutions, and customer’s technical/business environment
  • Develop compelling customer proposals, critically review them, manage expectations of internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring business and technical requirements are met
  • Quantify the impact of business problem(s), position business value, identify strengths and weaknesses of proposed solution to achieve long-term business objectives
  • Provide input to all global business units to address IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs
  • Translate outcome-based solutions into functional solution design aligning to customer business needs, then into technical design and architecture
