Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proficiency in Excel and relational databases (SQL preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate supervision to a team of Data Analysts, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across all managed datasets and asset classes
  • Contribute to both critical initiatives and day-to-day execution, ensuring data operations are future-ready while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting best practices and professional growth
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and scalability
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for data operations processes, standards, and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the evolution of data strategy, governance, and tooling—supporting initiatives across investment markets, classification workflows, and enrichment routines
