Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
Potential interns must be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement
Expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade
Eligible to work in the UK
Available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2025 for 13 months
Keen to develop your skills and interested in building a career in technology business operations or sales
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Organised and able to effectively manage your time
Experienced with Microsoft Office and database management. Excel and PowerPoint especially would be beneficial
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Assisting sales & presales colleagues in managing their sales opportunities
Learning about HPE, the company strategy, organisational structure, business and sales/presales governance, processes, and tools
Shadowing presales contributions to the sales cycles of a world-renowned tech company
Taking on reporting responsibilities, providing updates on sales/presales activity within the team
Leading internal written communications for the Presales leadership team and driving engagement through channels such as Slack
Getting involved in a variety of projects across the department e.g. managing corporate hospitality activities, supporting with live sales opportunities
Developing skills and expertise with the support of a designated mentor and the Early Careers development programme
Completing a 4 week ‘hand over’ period from the current intern
Working closely alongside other Sales & Presales Support Interns
