Highly skilled and experienced in Data Security Support, specifically with Microsoft Purview Data Security features, Symantec DLP solutions, and Wiz platform
Deep understanding of data governance, data protection, and compliance
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide deployment guidance, and resolve data security incidents
Knowledge of data classification, data loss prevention (DLP), data encryption, and DLP policy management
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices for data security
Strong collaboration skills with IT, security, compliance, Engineering, and Support teams
Capability to create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, policies, and support interactions
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops on data security, Microsoft Purview, DLP, and Wiz platform
Commitment to continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with data security developments, DLP technologies, Wiz platform, and emerging cloud security threats

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Purview Data Security features, Symantec DLP solutions, and Wiz platform, including data classification, DLP, data encryption, troubleshooting, and deployment guidance
Develop, implement, and manage DLP policies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance
Respond to and resolve complex data security incidents, including investigation, analysis, remediation, and addressing technical issues for high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements, providing guidance on best practices
Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for data security metrics, track DLP systems and alerts for potential breaches or violations, and generate reports for stakeholders on KPIs
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop data security strategies, ensure effective DLP deployment, and serve as primary liaison for technical questions or escalations
Work with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly
Create and maintain detailed documentation of data security processes, procedures, configurations, DLP policies, and support interactions
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on data security best practices, Microsoft Purview, DLP usage, and Wiz platform features
Stay up-to-date with latest developments in data security, Microsoft Purview, DLP technologies, Wiz platform, and emerging threats; proactively suggest improvements
