Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, with a passion for tackling complex business problems
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel
  • Hands-on experience using Python and/or PySpark for data transformation, analysis, and visualization
  • Familiar with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised models
  • Experienced in advanced analytics methods such as predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and quasi-experimental design
  • Skilled in data visualization using tools like Tableau
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver actionable insights into customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve our site and app experiences for travelers worldwide
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks
  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to cross-functional teams, offering clear communication and updates on project progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with data engineering to design and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain robust dashboards and automated reporting tools to streamline recurring analysis
  • Frame complex business problems, extract and analyze data, and present key findings to leadership and stakeholders
  • Own and drive high-impact analytical projects from conception through execution
