Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline and have 3-5 years of professional experience in a quantitative field. Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL is required, along with experience working with large datasets. Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, as well as strong planning and organizational skills, are necessary. The ideal candidate will have a curiosity to learn, a disposition to understand processes and methodologies, and proven data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist will lead detailed analysis, simultaneously balance multiple projects, and represent Data Science in interactions with other functions. Responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end implementation of solutions, evaluating current methodologies, and documenting and presenting findings and recommendations. The role also involves detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving system anomalies, providing explanations to teams at their level of understanding, and continually developing their skill set.
