Requirements

Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, and expertise in Python. Prior experience with Pytorch, Keras, and overhead imagery is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist will develop code for complex modeling to detect and characterize objects using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, integrate data from various sources into coherent databases, train and fine-tune foundation models, and write compelling documentation and reports for decision makers. They will also utilize sound judgment, creative problem-solving skills, and independent working skills, facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and provide technical understanding of supporting systems. Flexibility to assist with ad hoc tasks and adapt to evolving priorities is expected.
