Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science and have completed 15 years of full-time education. Proficiency in Data Science, strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets, experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques, familiarity with data visualization tools, and proficiency in programming languages like Python or R are required.
The Data Science Practitioner will formulate, design, and deliver AI/ML-based decision-making frameworks and models to achieve business outcomes. They will measure and justify the value of AI/ML solutions, collaborate with and manage teams, be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams on key decisions, provide solutions to problems, and facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship. The role also involves developing and implementing best practices for data analysis and model development.
