Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related intense quantitative field, along with 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and data science roles, and 2+ years of experience managing a data-focused team. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques, and expertise with database systems and SQL for querying large datasets are required.

Responsibilities

The Data Science Manager will develop and implement the advanced analytics strategy to support organizational goals, partner with cross-functional teams to identify analytics opportunities, and stay informed of emerging analytics trends. They will lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, oversee resource allocation and project delivery, and support team members in developing their skills. The role also requires ensuring the implementation of best practices in data science, overseeing the design and deployment of analytics platforms, communicating complex analytical concepts to stakeholders, and driving measurable business impact through analytics solutions.
