Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research into payments related topics, identifying and collecting detailed data for LexisNexis Risk Solutions payments products
  • Engage, and build relationships with international financial institutions to source the most accurate data
  • Maintain bank codes and/or payment systems for assigned countries by reviewing adds/changes/deletes from periodic loading of national routing codes
  • Perform quality control checks on data that has been loaded; resolve any discrepancies
  • Manually enter payment data into the database, as needed
  • Respond to all internal and external customer inquiries regarding international payments products and data
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and key events affecting payments data in assigned territories
  • Use multiple approaches such as emails, phone calls and research online to obtain data in response to inquiries, code collection and projects, as needed
  • Provide support to internal and external team members for code and related data updates and inquiries and resolve issues as necessary
  • Maintain documentation of routing code update procedures for assigned countries as necessary and review annually
  • Provide back-up for critical tasks
  • May take the lead on data-related projects as needed
