Requirements

Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in data quality and have proven ability to align data quality efforts with business goals and operational needs. Proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform complex functions is required, along with a willingness to learn SFDC and other project-related tools. The role also requires demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to evolving business strategies, alongside a strong desire to perform data entry and analysis daily.

Responsibilities

The Data Quality Analyst will analyze client agreements to identify billing terms, custom pricing structures, and service obligations. Responsibilities include client credentialing, sales opportunity processing and auditing, and maintaining data quality according to established Service Level Agreements and documented processes. The analyst will support ad-hoc and bulk data requests, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, and perform data auditing, cleansing, and deduplication to ensure data completeness and validity. They will also resolve data quality issues, monitor data improvements, and document data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.
