Requirements
- 5+ years of related business experience, including 3+ years in data product management
- Proven ability to influence strategic planning and provide data-backed recommendations
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in data management, IT, or related field
- Preferences
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, modernization initiatives, data integration and/or data engineering environments within the Financial Services Industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams)
- Understanding of metadata management and data governance principles

Responsibilities
- Ensure operational data sources are properly integrated and available in the modernized platform
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive metadata for all new data sources to support discoverability and governance
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business teams to facilitate smooth consumption of new data sources
- Work across multiple teams to manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables for data platform initiatives
- Track progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to best practices for onboarding and operationalizing data sources within the platform
