5+ years of related business experience, including 3+ years in data product management
Proven ability to influence strategic planning and provide data-backed recommendations
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in data management, IT, or related field
Preferences
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, modernization initiatives, data integration and/or data engineering environments within the Financial Services Industry
Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

Ensure operational data sources are properly integrated and available in the modernized platform
Maintain accurate and comprehensive metadata for all new data sources to support discoverability and governance
Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business teams to facilitate smooth consumption of new data sources
Work across multiple teams to manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables for data platform initiatives
Track progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Contribute to best practices for onboarding and operationalizing data sources within the platform
