Requirements

A university degree is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting. Fluency in English is essential, and a keen interest in privacy laws and regulations, particularly Privacy by Design and Default, is highly advantageous, with technical knowledge being a significant plus.

Responsibilities

The Data Privacy Compliance Manager will collaborate with the Compliance Team to implement, administer, and communicate data privacy and compliance activities company-wide. This role involves developing and maintaining the compliance framework for customer and employee data throughout its lifecycle, working cross-functionally to ensure effective processes and compliance, and applying privacy and regulatory requirements operationally. Responsibilities include monitoring internal controls, conducting audits, assessing and mitigating program risks, directing program training and awareness, and testing/implementing Privacy by Design and Default requirements in Deel products. The manager will also investigate and respond to data privacy inquiries and incidents.
