Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, analyze existing data structures, and design effective data models supporting business objectives
  • Ensure data models align with best practices and organizational requirements for seamless data integration and accessibility
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
  • Take responsibility for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of data modeling
  • Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes for efficiency and effectiveness
