Requirements

  • Swiftly develop a deep understanding of the organization’s integration strategy and vision to lean into complex issues and influence as necessary
  • Partner with Enterprise Data leadership to create, socialize, and deliver ambitious integration agenda
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes and drive results; connect dots across multiple leaders to understand and aggregate impacts
  • Work with key executives and partners to understand areas of need and build efficient and effective operational and communication processes
  • Be data driven to continuously improve operations
  • Establish, maintain, and facilitate program standards, practices, and governance
  • Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports
  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
  • Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to drive project delivery
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, with ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
