Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience in data entry or logistics support, proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems such as ERP, TMS, or WMS, strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills combined with a collaborative mindset. Knowledge of supply chain or logistics terminology and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Data Entry Specialist (Logistics) will be responsible for accurately entering and updating shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the company database, maintaining records of logistics transactions including invoices and shipping documents, verifying data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams, preparing and generating regular reports on logistics activities, monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation, assisting with documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance, and maintaining confidentiality and ensuring security of sensitive data.
