Data Engineer - Digital Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Data Engineer to join our Digital Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions to drive insights and optimize digital marketing performance. You will be responsible for developing robust data architectures and transformations using Snowflake, dbt, Spark SQL, and Big Data tools, ensuring data availability, quality, and performance for marketing campaigns and customer analytics.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data engineering. Experience in a digital marketing or analytics environment is advantageous.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, data sharing).
  • Proficiency in dbt (data build tool) for developing modular and version-controlled data transformations.
  • Expertise in Spark SQL and experience with large-scale distributed data processing.
  • Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka, Delta Lake, Airflow) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, web tracking (GA4, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics), and campaign performance metrics.
  • Expertise in SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Git for version control.
