Requirements

  • Proven experience in data design, business analysis, or solution architecture
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture principles
  • Hands-on experience with Data Vault modeling and implementation
  • Understand and know how to use a data visualization tool such as Power BI, Business Objects or Microstrategy
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to produce clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in French and English (French is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Designer or in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of the required technical skills for the position
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with team members

  • Gather, challenge, and refine business requirements
  • Identify high-value features and prioritize accordingly
  • Model end-to-end business processes and data flows
  • Interpret and apply architectural schemas and data models
  • Read and understand complex data models and structures
  • Break down business needs into Epics and User Stories and estimation
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions
  • Adapt and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Promote and enforce team and organization best practices
  • Collaborate effectively across the delivery lifecycle (design, development, testing)
  • Contribute to test strategy and functional tests execution
  • Provide support and expertise on incidents
