Requirements

  • Technical Capability:
    • 3+ years of professional experience using data on a daily basis to make informed business decisions.
    • Strong expertise in data collection, processing, and analysis, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
  • Teaching & Coaching Capability:
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and on-camera communication and presentation skills.
    • Practical experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching professionals in an academic or commercial environment.
    • Demonstrated mastery of coaching best practices or openness to develop in this area.
  • Passion:
    • Passion for delivering the best learning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their program.
  • Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning.
  • Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent experience for every apprentice.
  • Create a vibrant, inclusive, and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
  • Maintain an owner’s mentality, proactively taking action, sharing feedback, or providing support to ensure the progress and success of learners.
  • Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action the data provided to deliver the best experience for your apprentices.
  • Engage with apprentice managers for synchronous progress reviews using the information provided by the ops teams.
  • Focus on results related to the program health of your apprentices, implementing interventions in partnership with operations team members to ensure learners stay on track, standing the best chance of success on programs.
  • Utilize resources & learning opportunities provided by Multiverse, stay up-to-date on knowledge, learning, and product updates, to ensure you are equipped to support your apprentices.
  • Build & maintain credibility with your apprentices by utilising a mixture of professional experience, program/domain knowledge, and client context in your interactions.
  • Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse, our mission, and the pillars of our offering, and help apprentices connect to it through the duration of their apprenticeship, and beyond.
