Exceptional written, verbal, and on-camera communication and presentation skills are required, along with practical experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching professionals in an academic or commercial environment.
As a Data Coach, you will be responsible for guiding apprentices through their learning experience, providing personalized coaching to help them reach their full potential across multiple businesses. This includes guiding apprentices to successful program completion, mastering coaching techniques, creating a motivating learning environment, maintaining an owner’s mentality, working with Ops and other teams to review data and implement interventions, engaging with apprentice managers for progress reviews, utilizing Multiverse resources, and building credibility with apprentices by connecting them to the company’s mission.
