Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, modeler, or product owner in a data-centric environment, with a fundamental understanding of equity and fixed income markets. Proven experience working within an Agile framework, including sprint management and collaboration with cross-functional teams, is required. Proficiency in Python programming, including developing automation scripts and implementing best practices, is essential. Strong capabilities in business analysis, requirement gathering, and effective stakeholder communication are necessary. Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes is a plus, as is experience collaborating in global teams with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are also key requirements.

Responsibilities

The Data Automation Specialist will oversee the migration of offline processes, including Excel spreadsheets, Python code, and SQL scripts, into strategic applications like I6 to enhance operational integrity. They will work with parallel EUC automation specialists and foster partnerships across departments to ensure seamless integration of automation efforts. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, driving communication and collaboration, and establishing best practices and standards for Python usage according to the EUC Policy. Responsibilities include product management for automation solutions, coordination and communication with stakeholders on standards and priorities, project management using Agile principles, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gathering and analyzing business requirements, and maintaining clear documentation of automation processes and project progress.
