Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with SSRS reporting development, HIPPA Claim Master, and Data Archiving. A minimum of 3 years of experience with the OnBase document system is also required. A High School Diploma or GED is necessary, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or comparable studies being preferred. Experience with SQL and the HIPPA suite is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Data Archiving Application Coordinator will lead the design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for HIPPA Claim Master and Data extractions for HIM on OnBase applications. This role involves overseeing system and workflow optimization, ensuring data integrity and system stability, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, providing project support using Agile methodologies, developing application project plans, supporting proposal creation, escalating issues, coordinating with offshore teams, maintaining system documentation, facilitating lessons learned, validating cost estimates, serving as a liaison with client stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and security policies. Some on-call work may be required.
