Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and define EviSmart’s data governance framework, ensuring high standards for data quality, collection, storage, and security. Partner closely with the security team to maintain strong data protection and privacy compliance across systems
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data scientists, and ETL developers. Ensure alignment between their work and EviSmart’s strategic goals, driving excellence in data modeling, visualization, and pipeline design
  • Architect and implement scalable data solutions that unify data from diverse systems into a centralized, trusted source of truth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance existing data collection and storage methods
  • Review software and portal interfaces to ensure effective data capture for analytics and product innovation
  • Design and deploy tools and processes that standardize and streamline data collection company-wide
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, ensuring the architecture supports EviSmart’s data-driven decision-making and product evolution
