Instill freelancing business skills such as client acquisition, pricing strategies, proposal writing, time management, professional development, online presence, and delivering exceptional results
Educate mentees on creating a strong personal brand and leveraging platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
Share proven strategies to market skills, pitch services effectively, and secure consistent gigs
Teach mentees how to handle client relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage projects professionally
Actively acquire gigs for assigned mentee group via personal network and online platforms
Provide tailored advice to help mentees meet or exceed the earning benchmark of $100-$180+/month
Encourage mentees to pursue opportunities and coach them to excel in interviews or client pitches
Share industry insights, emerging trends, and strategies for positioning mentees as globally competitive freelance professionals
Conduct workshops on building confidence, effective communication, and long-term career planning
