Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AI engineers and data engineers to develop data-driven solutions that enhance product performance and customer experience
  • Design, build, and maintain churn prediction models to identify and mitigate customer attrition
  • Develop predictive and recommendation models to optimize personalization and engagement strategies
  • Lead exploratory data analysis and modeling for AI and LLM (Large Language Model)-based projects
  • Analyze and interpret marketing and customer datasets to uncover insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Champion data best practices and contribute to a culture of experimentation and measurement across teams
  • Stay current with advances in machine learning, AI, and data infrastructure, applying them where relevant
