About Tilt 🛸

Tilt is reinventing shopping for the 21st century by bringing joy, connection, and a splash of chaos back to e-commerce. As the UK’s biggest live shopping platform, we are just getting started. We recently raised an $18M Series A and are building a world-class team across operations, product, and finance.

We are looking for a sharp, organised, and ambitious Finance Analyst to join our small but mighty finance team and help us scale our processes, visibility, and impact.

Your Mission 🧾

You will be the analytical muscle of the finance function, building tools, models, and dashboards that turn Tilt’s numbers into action. From revenue deep dives to budget performance, investor metrics to scenario planning, you will help elevate the visibility and sophistication of our financial operations.

You will work closely with our Finance Lead and collaborate across Data, Marketing, Operations, and Product. This is a rare opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a fast-paced environment with tangible commercial impact.

What You’ll Do 👷

0–3 Months:

  • Build foundational reporting on revenue, spend, margin, and contribution.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track financial KPIs across the business.
  • Reconcile financial and operational data between systems (Shopify, Xero, banks, etc.).
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and cohort trends.
  • Support board and investor reporting with timely and accurate data.
  • Assist with variance analysis and financial insight generation.

3+ Months:

  • Develop models for forecasting, scenario planning, and headcount planning.
  • Lead financial deep dives across LTV, CAC, channel performance, and unit economics.
  • Collaborate with engineering to improve data flows and reduce manual reporting.
  • Build budget tracking and self-serve tooling for department leads.
  • Automate recurring reporting workflows using SQL, Python, or BI tools.
  • Champion data integrity and drive adoption of finance analytics across teams.

What We’re Looking For ✅

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data, analytics, or finance-focused role (startup or high-growth background a plus).
  • Confident in SQL, spreadsheets, and turning raw data into usable insight.
  • Bonus: Experience with Looker, dbt, or scripting languages like Python.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts—revenue recognition, margin, opex/capex.
  • Exposure to tools like Xero, Airbank, Shopify, or equivalent platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience with forecasting models or financial scenario planning.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a bias toward automation and clarity.
  • Self-starter who’s excited by fast feedback loops and real commercial impact.

Expected start date: August 15th or sooner.

Perks & Benefits ➕

Including the advertised compensation range, we offer:

  • Truly flexible hours—work when you’re at your best.
  • 29 days PTO (plus UK Bank Holidays).
  • Tech & office budget to get your workspace just right.
  • All the AI tools you need—we’ll cover subscriptions like Cursor.
  • Remote work options—we’re flexible where it counts.
  • Free Deliveroo for late working evenings.
  • Canary Wharf office with free gym membership.
  • Matched pension contributions.
  • Work abroad for up to 14 consecutive days a year.

Our Commitment to You

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we’re committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace.

If you don’t meet every single requirement in the job description, please don’t be put off from applying. We value potential and a willingness to learn over ticking every box — your unique perspective could be exactly what we’re looking for.

Let us know if you need any adjustments during the application process — we’re happy to help.
