Requirements

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and possess a Bachelor's Degree. A quantitative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to understand people are essential. Familiarity with technology and data to solve complex problems is required, along with a drive to learn about national security challenges and the application of data and machine learning. Eagerness to understand US Government and Defense acquisition processes, program management, supply chain risk management, and program/technology modernization is necessary. The ability to ask critical questions and engage in constructive dialogue is also required.

Responsibilities

Implementation Engineers will leverage quantitative skills to configure Govini's technology for customer outcomes, communicate data-driven insights to executives, and produce compelling program insights, data visualizations, and briefings. Responsibilities include developing expertise in Govini's clients, offerings, and data, executing software and data implementations, and providing platform training. This involves using or learning coding languages like SQL and Python for technical configuration and data integration. The role requires collaborating with Engagement Managers and Product Managers, driving product utilization through training, developing documentation, conducting research, and presenting data-driven findings to internal teams and government officials. Depending on expertise, responsibilities may also include end-user training and support, technical workflow development, in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis, and product demonstrations for sales pursuits.
