Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data mining
Proven experience in creating interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations
SQL or other programming languages (Power Automate is a plus)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Experience in data cleaning, predictive modeling, and validation techniques

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions
Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various source systems using data visualization tools
Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track business performance
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through data cleansing and validation techniques
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on findings
