- データ・AI駆動型経営改革におけるプロジェクトのコアチームとして、他組織の専門メンバーとコラボレーションしながら戦略立案から実行まで一気通貫でのビジネス価値創出の支援
- クリエイティブ集団や各業界のコンサルタントと連携し、戦略立案支援から実施策運用まで一貫した支援を行う
