Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
Physically able to be on feet, move heavy products, lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation), and operate a pallet jack and hand truck
Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash)
High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required)
At least 18 years of age
Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
Flexible schedule availability depending on site needs

Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training
Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to ensure proper handling, storage, and protection from loss or theft
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and with high quality, communicate with customers on issues, and facilitate smooth Dasher pickups
Guide Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safe and productive work, and serve as the point of escalation for daily operations
Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example
Engage in professional and respectful interactions with team members and customers to maintain a positive and safe atmosphere
Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience
