Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (spoken and written), able to evaluate Japanese localization quality and provide actionable optimization suggestions
High localization sensitivity, understanding and grasping principles such as terminology consistency, tone and character consistency, cultural adaptation, and readability
Strong information integration and output skills, able to independently complete competitor/topic research, data retrieval, and structured output (key summaries, insights, and suggestions)
Solid communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly express views in multi-party coordination and drive cross-departmental cooperation to implementation
Proficient in tools: Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint
Strong sense of responsibility, able to strictly execute and follow up on content within scope

Responsibilities

Content research and strategy support: Provide content research and directional suggestions based on competitor and user insights
Chinese-Japanese localization quality control: Control consistency and readability of Chinese-Japanese texts, improving localization quality
Voice actor casting and recording support: Assist in casting and recording, control voice acting adaptation and execution efficiency
Content review and IP collaboration: Advance content review processes, coordinate and interface with relevant IP cooperation matters
