Graduation from vocational school or higher
7+ years of experience in information systems development/operation and project management
Specialist-level knowledge in information systems fields (Windows, SQL database, network, Office products)
Windows application development skills (current environment flexible; will use Visual Basic.NET after joining)
Aspiration to aim for a managerial role in the future
Japanese: Fluent level or higher
English: Intermediate level or higher (able to communicate via email/chat with overseas staff without delay)

Responsibilities

Maintenance and updates of internal information system infrastructure (internal network, servers, core systems, groupware, etc.)
Hardware procurement and maintenance (PCs, iPhones, USB storage devices, etc.)
Maintenance and management of parent company-designated systems and security
Maintenance and new development of in-house systems
Internal help desk operations (information dissemination and inquiry response regarding information systems changes, etc.)
Technical guidance and support for Dx promotion staff in the department
Other information systems-related tasks
Collaboration with relevant departments and members as needed, taking responsibility for management practices
