Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management or equivalent industry work, including at least 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations. A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required, along with a certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330) or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Strong customer relationship skills, excellent communication, planning, and organization skills, and the ability to establish priorities and work independently are also essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Senior Consultant will facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Inventory Management. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth client discussions to understand warehouse management processes, designing and documenting functional specifications for warehouse operations, and configuring the Dynamics 365 warehouse management module. The consultant will also plan and execute data migration, develop and execute functional test cases, provide training to business process owners, and assist clients with post-implementation support. This includes collaborating with customers, producing Functional Design Documents for extensions, communicating effectively, leading successful modeling sessions, and mentoring junior consultants.
