Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. They must be avid followers of cybersecurity news, strong programmers with high potential and an aptitude for learning, and comfortable managing code and configurations in version control. Familiarity with threat modeling and the ability to communicate cybersecurity decisions and tradeoffs are also required, along with adaptability, humility, curiosity, a positive and collaborative attitude, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Analyst will protect the firm's employees, data, and infrastructure by developing and utilizing monitoring tools. They will be responsible for incident response and remediation when threats are found, applying a methodical approach to unstructured investigations to locate and repair security issues. Additionally, the analyst will act as an ambassador of best practices, explaining cybersecurity decisions and hygiene to colleagues and contributing to the team's learning environment.
