Requirements

  • College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
  • Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Cisco, SANS, etc. (preferred)
  • Strong enterprise technology experience involving J2EE stack, PCF cloud based architecture, DB Modeling
  • Experience in implementing IDM use cases like Identity processing, Access request, Access certification, Approval workflows, Provisioning connectors (like AD, LDAP, Exchange)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of information security, software development, database systems and information technology concepts
  • Strong knowledge of IDM industry standards, awareness and understanding of IDM products in the market
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Leadership and organizational skills, including experience managing teams (architects, developers, QA, consultants) in large cross-functional settings and large complex projects

Responsibilities

  • Provide planning, development, organization, monitoring, oversight and delivery of services and projects; develop quality deliverables including codes, unit tests, and support documentation
  • Provide application architectural and big picture oversight for development of new or enhanced technology solutions
  • Assist architect in technical design and other team members with development efforts; provide technical support through Development, Testing, and Deployment phases
  • Review documents, processes or procedures, and recommend where automation or improvements can be implemented
  • Ensure all supported systems and applications maintain availability standards
  • Act as seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise
  • Focus on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
  • Carry out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
  • Display balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
