Requirements

College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Cisco, SANS, etc. (preferred)
Strong enterprise technology experience involving J2EE stack, PCF cloud based architecture, DB Modeling
Experience in implementing IDM use cases like Identity processing, Access request, Access certification, Approval workflows, Provisioning connectors (like AD, LDAP, Exchange)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of information security, software development, database systems and information technology concepts
Strong knowledge of IDM industry standards, awareness and understanding of IDM products in the market
Analytical and problem solving skills
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Leadership and organizational skills, including experience managing teams (architects, developers, QA, consultants) in large cross-functional settings and large complex projects

Responsibilities

Provide planning, development, organization, monitoring, oversight and delivery of services and projects; develop quality deliverables including codes, unit tests, and support documentation
Provide application architectural and big picture oversight for development of new or enhanced technology solutions
Assist architect in technical design and other team members with development efforts; provide technical support through Development, Testing, and Deployment phases
Review documents, processes or procedures, and recommend where automation or improvements can be implemented
Ensure all supported systems and applications maintain availability standards
Act as seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise
Focus on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
Carry out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
Display balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
