Cyber Security OT/IiOT Manager

You will be accountable for successful delivery of Operational Technology Consulting engagements. You will be responsible for team leadership, vendor management, program service offerings, business systems analysis and service architecture. In this role, you will develop, implement and monitor strategic, comprehensive OT frameworks, guidelines and best practices. You will be the subject matter expert and single point of contact within the practice to ensure all the enterprise architecture decisions and recommendations meet security standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic, comprehensive OT frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and single point of contact for OT security.
• Troubleshoot complex OT integration issues.
• Promote timely response to user needs within predefined SLAs.
• Collaborate with core teams to create security policies, disaster recovery plans, and develop security vision and roadmap.
• Evaluate and implement new security tools.
• Perform security assessments.
• Provide regular reporting (metric-based) of the status of information systems to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure that security policies and operations adhere to industry standards and regulations (ISO, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, PII).
• Ensure the program meets vendor licensing and contractual agreements.
• Maintain vendor lifecycle requirements needs.
