Requirements

  • 10+ years of Telephony Contact Center Sales Experience (Cloud & Premises PBX)
  • Team leader experience
  • Fluent Business Japanese & English (Tokyo-based role)
  • Experience working within strategic Enterprise accounts
  • Experience leading others with product/services training, demo and sales guides, learning and training materials
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Able to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Grow adoption and deployment of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Engagement Management capabilities (WFO/WFM)
  • Increase awareness across current Zoom customers
  • Act as a market evangelist within new Zoom customers and customer prospects
  • Contribute to expanding Zoom's CX domain in the Japanese market
  • Report to Head of CX Sales, APJ based in Australia
