Senior Leader, CX Solution Offerings

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to develop and implement comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) solution offerings across various industry verticals, geographies, and market segments. This role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape offerings, identify key dependencies, deliver high-impact strategic programs, and launch via our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to accelerate sales. The focus is on creating and delivering unique offerings to enable direct, overlay, and channel sales. This leader will also drive internal awareness of our Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) offering and improve operational efficiency. Extensive collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Product, Engineering, and Communications is essential to capitalize on our market momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end CX solutions for specific verticals (e.g., healthcare, BPOs, financial services, retail).
  • Integrate existing Zoom portfolio assets and ISV partner offerings to develop disruptive and market-leading offerings.
  • Oversee the development of marketing assets and awareness campaigns.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to ensure offerings are supported across all lines of business.
  • Develop Strategic Playbooks – Create frameworks for crafting go-to-market messaging and strategies in a global market.
  • Manage Knowledge Assets – Oversee tools and training platforms to enable seller development and resource accessibility.
  • Establish Accountability Systems – Build reporting and inspection processes to track enablement effectiveness, adoption, and growth (pipeline and sales) of developed offerings.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert – Maintain deep knowledge of ZCC, competitors, and internal processes to guide sales strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the Contact Center & conversational intelligence and verticals within the CX space.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in developing CX offerings across global regions with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrated proven experience in leading others with product & value-based selling training and sales best practices.
  • A demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results by bringing new solutions to market.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and abroad.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
    • Minimum: $126,500.00
    • Maximum: $276,700.00
  • Total Direct Compensation: In addition to the base salary and/or OTE, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value.
  • Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. There may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations due to Zoom's location-based compensation structure.
