Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in the Customer Support/Service field, proficiency in English language at an Upper-Intermediate+ level, strong critical thinking skills, the ability to adapt to frequent change, exceptional communication skills, a high level of empathy, good computer literacy skills in Office Suite and Google Programs, the ability to work sufficiently both individually and as part of a team, and a solid level of accountability.
The Healthcare Concierge (Customer Support Specialist) will be responsible for processing members’ requests (tickets), delivering the quality product, fully informing members about their benefits and the best ways to use them within the shortest time possible, interacting with members via telephone and chat to assist and support an appropriate level of care, including making outbound calls to members and/or providers to assist in scheduling appointments and closing gaps in care, searching for doctors, clinics, and other healthcare facilities that suit the members’ needs, conducting further communication with the providers, partnering with leadership and practice staff to determine the best strategies to support the practice and members, and providing a WOW-experience and care to HealthJoy’s American customer base.
