Position Overview

  • Location Type: Remote (Must reside in Ukraine)

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months of experience (Customer Support/Service experience is a plus)
  • Language Proficiency: English (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
  • Skills:
    • Strong critical thinking skills
    • Ability to adapt to frequent change
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • High level of Empathy
    • Good computer literacy skills (Office Suite and Google Programs)
    • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
    • Solid level of Accountability

Responsibilities

  • Process member requests (tickets) with the highest priority on quality and member information.
  • Interact with members via telephone and chat to provide assistance and support.
  • Make outbound calls to members and/or providers to assist with scheduling appointments and closing gaps in care.
  • Search for doctors, clinics, and healthcare facilities that best suit member needs and communicate with providers.
  • Partner with leadership and staff to determine strategies for supporting practices and members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service ("WOW-experience") to HealthJoy's American customer base.

Role Details

  • Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 15:30 to 24:00
  • Paid Time Off: 20 paid vacation days per 12-month period, paid sick leave days.
