Responsibilities

  • Respond to high volume of inbound calls and email requests from insureds, lenders, and carriers to address servicing requests for active policies
  • Handle servicing requests that do not require a license (e.g., billing inquiries, policy documents, and non-premium bearing endorsements)
  • Process requests across 15+ insurance carrier systems and maintain updated records in Salesforce (agency management system)
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing, as needed
