  • Fluent knowledge of Czech or Slovak, Hungarian and English Languages
  • At least High School/ Business Academy finished

  • Knowledge of administrative tasks within a Customer Service environment

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, providing information on price and availability, delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking
  • Sell our electronic repair services and spare parts to end-users, using a web and phone sales
  • Provide information about services offerings, resolving misunderstandings and disputes and co-ordinating the contact with management and technical personnel for fulfillment of the customer's needs
  • Support Managers and Technical personnel by providing administrative support
  • Support both internal/external customers in providing excellent customer service
  • Priorities/monitor own workload
  • Use your initiative, whilst being a team player
  • Ensure that deliverables are following the Customers Agreement
  • Seek out and participate in development covering both technical skills and personal development
