Fluent knowledge of Czech or Slovak, Hungarian and English Languages
At least High School/ Business Academy finished
Knowledge of MS Office
Pro-active attitude
Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge
Knowledge of administrative tasks within a Customer Service environment
Motivated team player

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, providing information on price and availability, delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking
Sell our electronic repair services and spare parts to end-users, using a web and phone sales
Provide information about services offerings, resolving misunderstandings and disputes and co-ordinating the contact with management and technical personnel for fulfillment of the customer's needs
Support Managers and Technical personnel by providing administrative support
Support both internal/external customers in providing excellent customer service
Priorities/monitor own workload
Use your initiative, whilst being a team player
Ensure that deliverables are following the Customers Agreement
Seek out and participate in development covering both technical skills and personal development
