Candidates must possess solid written and spoken English skills, along with 2 years of customer support experience in various environments or a degree from a top-tier institution. A commitment to a 40-hour workweek starting at 9pm Georgia Standard Time is required, along with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should demonstrate sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities, adaptability, and receptivity to feedback. Familiarity with tools such as Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, and Zendesk is a plus.
The Customer Support Representative will efficiently address customer inquiries within the support channels while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements. They will leverage the knowledge base to efficiently resolve common customer queries, identify and escalate technical issues, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will actively contribute to refining customer operations to enhance support offerings, bolster customer retention, and revenue. The role also involves acting as a bridge between customers and product/engineering teams, channeling critical feedback, and ensuring customer-centric updates are developed.
