A commitment to a 40-hour workweek starting at 8:00pm Eastern European Standard Time is essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should demonstrate independent work capabilities in a remote, dynamic setting and possess sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities. Adaptability and receptivity to feedback are also required, with familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, and Zendesk considered an advantage.
The Customer Support Representative will efficiently address customer inquiries through various support channels while adhering to service-level agreements. They will leverage the knowledge base to resolve common queries and identify and escalate technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will actively contribute to improving customer operations to enhance support offerings and boost customer retention and revenue. They will serve as a crucial link between customers and product/engineering teams, relaying important feedback and ensuring the development of customer-centric updates and patches.
