  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information in compliance with data protection policies
  • Collaborate with legal researchers and analysts to verify and clarify case information
  • Monitor updates to court dockets and legal databases for new or modified case details
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and data validation technologies to improve data accuracy and detect discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Identify and recommend AI-based process improvements, including automation of repetitive data entry tasks, smart document recognition, and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new AI and data management solutions to optimize workflow performance
