Position Overview

Experian Insurance Services is transforming the insurance broker model through technology, data, and human interaction. We are seeking passionate individuals to join us in building and utilizing technology to save our customers time, money, and hassle.

The Customer Support Associate will engage with customers via chat, email, and phone. Your role will involve answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and advising customers on their insurance needs. A key objective is to ensure customer needs are met effectively during the first interaction and to consistently exceed their expectations. This is a remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. You will report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead.


Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies through phone, email, text, and chat using multiple insurance company systems.
  • Explain insurance products to customers with a consultative and empathetic approach.
  • Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes.
  • Collaborate within a fun and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty insurance license: REQUIRED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Previous call center experience
  • Demonstrated empathy towards customer needs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
  • Working hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm MST
  • Language: English
  • Spanish Speaking: A plus
