The Customer Support Associate will engage with customers via chat, email, and phone. Your role will involve answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and advising customers on their insurance needs. A key objective is to ensure customer needs are met effectively during the first interaction and to consistently exceed their expectations. This is a remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. You will report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead.
