Position Overview

Workvivo, a digital experience platform under Zoom, is seeking Customer Success Managers to support its expansion. This role involves partnering with customers to ensure exceptional employee experience and support the growth ambitions of global organizations across various industries. You will serve as the subject matter expert and technical point of contact for employee engagement and internal communications for SMB clients. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers on best practices to increase adoption and acting as the 'voice of the customer'.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including one-to-one, group, and formal presentations.
  • Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences.
  • Lateral and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in producing well-structured and clear customer-facing documentation and reports.
  • Excellent competency in Customer Success techniques and approaches.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Ability to identify and promote business benefits to clients using consultancy skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with high responsiveness internally and to customers.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role.

Salary and Compensation

  • Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
    • Minimum: $76,800.00
    • Maximum: $186,200.00
  • Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonus, and equity value.
  • Starting pay will be based on qualifications and experience.
  • A location-based compensation structure may apply, potentially resulting in different ranges for candidates in various locations.
