Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships, maximizing satisfaction and becoming a trusted partner for a portfolio of sports teams in Japan
  • Be involved in all aspects of support and account management, including demonstrating products, educating customers, and carrying out engagement and commercial activities
  • Work toward quarterly and yearly renewal targets, running meetings to understand client needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Focus on providing maximum benefit to customers while ensuring high ROI from subscriptions, with renewals as the number one priority
