Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM Teams to Drive Commercial Outcomes: Collaborate closely with Account Manager and wider account team to align strategies and goals
  • Leverage Data Driven Insights: Use internal data tools to monitor engagement, identify value opportunities, strengthen adoption, seek growth, and detect churn risks
  • Build and Curate Financial Services Use Cases: Conduct discovery into clients' workflows and pain points to leverage AlphaSense for bespoke use cases; develop new emerging use cases
  • Forge and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Engage with investment professionals at all levels to understand challenges and goals; deliver white glove service to build trust and credibility
