Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager DACH, you will manage the implementation team, acting as a project manager when local language is needed, and support clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform. You will ensure the renewal of contracts, coordinate resources, and work closely with the sales team to meet client KPIs. Responsibilities also include mastering the product, familiarizing with team processes, hosting customer meetings, defining learning transformation roadmaps, identifying customer use-cases, developing trust with clients, and reducing churn by identifying at-risk customers and implementing remedial action plans.
